Trucks Spilling Garbage

On rt. 95 South in Maryland from exit 43 to at least the 495 split two dump trucks left a trail of garbage including several aluminum cans which nearly hit several cars as they flew out of the back. This occurred on April 25, 2008 at about 9:15am as well as one week previous at about the same time. License plate number E39831D and USDOT 604261 for the first truck. The second truck's plate was too difficult to read as it was covered in mud.
